  highly recommend Ernesto Santo for personal training program to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health. The trainer is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about helping clients reach their goals. Every workout is personalized and challenging, but also motivating and enjoyable. Since starting the program, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and confidence. Ernesto takes the time to explain proper form and technique, which makes a huge difference in preventing injuries and maximizing results.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience at YouFit Westchester. The gym is always clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to stay consistent with workouts. The equipment is well maintained, and there’s plenty of space whether you’re doing cardio, strength training, or functional workouts. A big reason this location stands out is the leadership and staff. Orestes Roque (FM) is incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help members improve their fitness journey. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a positive environment. Also, huge recognition to Nandis Perez (GM) for running such a professional and friendly facility. The management team clearly prioritizes member experience, and it shows every time you walk through the doors. If you’re looking for a gym with great energy, helpful staff, and a strong sense of community, this YouFit location is definitely worth join

  Extremely unprofessional experience at this location. Staff broke my locked locker without notice and without attempting to locate the owner. They claimed another woman’s bag was inside … which was not true. I returned at the end of the day to find my lock broken and my personal belongings left unsecured in an unlocked locker. I only received an explanation after approaching the front desk myself. No accountability, no solution, no concern. i was told the manager would be reaching out to me and he never did ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Beyond that incident, the overall condition of this gym is consistently poor. Weights are NEVER re-racked and are left scattered throughout the facility. The bathrooms are not properly cleaned, and many of the equipment pads are visibly worn out and in need of replacement. This location lacks both professionalism and basic upkeep standards.

  I absolutely love YouFit Gyms - Westchester! The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and motivating. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the members. You’re always greeted with a smile, and they’re quick to help with any questions. The gym floor is well-maintained, the equipment is in great condition, and if something needs attention, it’s handled quickly. I especially appreciate how organized everything is — it makes workouts smooth and stress-free. It’s a great environment whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or training seriously. Definitely one of the best gym experiences in the area. Highly recommend!
