- ARAlbert RodriguezDec 19, 20251.0Just called to cancel, took over 35 minutes, I was charged an annual fee after not going for a year and making all 12 payments or donations at this point, they couldn’t remove the annual fee and also said I have to pay the next month before it cancels. That is ridiculous!!! Gyms should be more courteous and send emails after 3-6 months of inactivity to actually help those who might of forgotten or had some sort of trouble. But no they just ride you till the end and with auto Renew set to now, it still renewed.

There’s no proof they received it until they decide you can cancel verbally you can cancel over the phone you can cancel going to any unit and now I’m getting charged $300. This is outrageous and I’m gonna report this to the Better Business Bureau.
