I bought my membership off the Black Friday deal, which none of the YouFit representatives seem to know anything about, and I was supposed to receive reimbursement towards the Premium+ plan. Now, I’ve payed multiple bi-weekly payments, and I’m being forced an annual fee and a month’s coverage of payments even after cancellation. For untracked weights, lack of cleanliness, and extremely mediocre equipment, in no world should I be paying that much. Do NOT use this gym — they WILL trap you into an expensive membership that they don’t know anything about and defer you to a customer service email that redirects you back to the clueless front desk. Go to Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, or workout at home.

- GGGloria a GonzalezDec 20, 20253.0There are locations that have awesome instructors but we need weights.Ive been there for 2 yrs.Started in silver sneakers to get strong and graduated to regular classes.but there aren't enough weights and the ones we have are a disgrace. There are locations that keep their facilities clean.. others are a mess specially the women's bathroom with the disabled lock broken for more than 2 weeks. Mats for the classes have disappeared.. Maybe Santa will bring enough weights to Coral way and Westchester!?❓ We keep going because the awesome instructors.. a good variety of them..they make us work hard band some manage to get some classes even fun❗
