- LRLian Rodriguez4 days ago1.0Dear Management, I am writing to report a safety concern that occurred at the gym yesterday. 3/19/26 Approximately 30 minutes before closing time, the lights were turned off while members were still actively working out. This created a dangerous situation, as many people were using machines and free weights at the time. Turning off the lights before the facility officially closes increases the risk of accidents and potential injuries. For safety reasons, the lighting should remain on until all members have safely finished their workouts and exited the facility. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

According to the incompetent staff, they can't remove her payment card from the app and she has to send an email to the company, with a response expected within 7 business days.
