Shortly after walking in, I was warmly greeted by Belicia and Angel, who effortlessly helped me find the perfect two pairs of glasses. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. The checkout experience was equally smooth, and I especially appreciated that they made absolutely no attempt to upsell me on unnecessary “extras,” which felt refreshingly honest and customer-focused. While I did miss seeing Obi and Bina in Coconut Grove, whose service I always value, Belicia and Angel delivered the same level of outstanding care and professionalism. It was a truly pleasant experience, and I would gladly recommend the Dadeland location to anyone.
