Unfortunately, theft has happened here multiple times. Twice my TeraBand was stolen and once my girlfriend’s glasses. Please be careful with your belongings.

Would give 0 stars. Awful experience. Paid for a coaching session and the coach didn’t show up. Immediately cancelled the membership and the Manager “forgot” to process it and got charged again. Been asking for a refund more than 5 times with people recognizing that was a mistake on their end and still not get the answer. Last person I spoke to on the phone said that it was because they are doing changes and the people I spoke to literally one day before is not on the company anymore. 0% recommended.

2 month with out hot water claiming every day with no response of the mannager on the worse winter of florida, and now 3 weeks already with 1 of the 2 showers broken and OPEN 24/7, such a waste of watter. I had to bring my pliers in my bag to close it i have video. Such a bad service for a $115 monthly suscription!

I hate to leave a critical review because the staff here are excellent—courteous, professional, and truly kind people. They’ve always been welcoming, and that’s something I appreciate. That said, I come to the gym to train, and it’s become increasingly frustrating to deal with ongoing maintenance issues. Several pieces of equipment have been out of order for weeks without repair. The padding on some machines is worn down to the point where it’s being taped together, which doesn’t reflect well on the facility. Of the two cable stations, it’s common for at least one—sometimes both—to be out of service at the same time. Additionally, free weights are often left scattered around the gym, and there doesn’t seem to be consistent enforcement of re-racking policies. This creates an unorganized training environment. I’ve been a member on and off since this location opened during the pandemic, and while I understand the membership is competitively priced (around $45/month), consistent maintenance and basic upkeep are reasonable expectations. It’s disappointing to see the overall condition decline. I truly hope management addresses these concerns, as the staff and the community here deserve a facility that matches their professionalism.

No longer a nice gym. Sad, in fact. I've been going here for years and I've watched this deteriorate over that time. It's becoming more aggressive. A gym that used to be sparkling clean and with a great gym culture has now become dirty, in a state of disrepair and with a clientele that can't even be bothered to clean up after themselves or put their weights away. The latter wouldn't be so bad if there were any employees who seem to care and remind the members about their contractual obligations, or if they had a regular janitorial crew, but I'ce watched the employees walk by weights left on the floor and I've seen them rack the weights in the wrong location. They generally have a sense of apathy. I've pointed out on numerous occasions bolts that are missing in the benches, many of which are ripped and have not been recovered in a long time, and I am met with confused stairs and no fixes. For the second time in a month a bench slipped out because it only had one screw holding it on to Its frame It's very dangerous. I would avoid this gym as there are many other good ones in the neighborhood.
