Difficult to access some of the small frame displays. Target/Blinking Owl make difficult the work of personnel becoming almost impossible to accomodate people arriving a few minutes late. Online app not very friendly and not updated in at least 3 years. In spite of the Cons, techs and assistants make a huge effort to cope with management and area planning to give a good customer/patient service.
