  Dr. Suarez has an attention to detail and really cares about the overall client experience. From the initial communication, to my dental cleaning, up until my new smile day every staff member was nothing but professional and provided exceptional service!

  SDental Design was a great experience overall from the very beginning. My initial coordinator Jay (Yordano) went above and beyond to get me to a pricepoint I was comfortable with paying for the work that I needed. We did the best we could with the provided photos however, understandably so, that is not an x ray so there was some additional work I needed, and more work, means more $. I was a little nervous about the added costs for the additional services, but I was able to speak with Deyvis who also went above and beyond to help me ensure that I was comfortable with the added costs bringing what should have been a 3000 increase to less than 1500 in added charges. I was happier to be able to get that cost down, than I would've been if I would have had to ignore certain things due to the cost. He was willing to negotiate with me to find out what I was comfortable with and turned around and got it approved for me within a couple of minutes. From there I was good to go and Dr Ana Suarez took amazing care of me. I honestly felt like I probably should have got on her nerves because I asked a lot of what could have been perceived as dumb questions, and I also have tmj which caused me to have trouble keeping my mouth open all the way for long periods, they had to remind me to open multiple times, and not going to lie, she was very direct and to the point about it, which I understand completely because id have probably have felt the same if it was me in her shoes, but while she was direct, she was very pleasant. I had a great dental hygienist, and the front desk people Maria and Caitlyn were awesome as well. I would highly recommend! I read the 2 bad reviews here, and while I can see why its upsetting, its kind of hard to provide an accurate diagnosis without medical records being provided ahead of the quote. If I know i have bad teeth, and I want everything fixed, and want the price to be exact, I recommend getting dental records sent ahead of time so you dont get blindsided and end up out of luck. I would also recommend speaking up for yourself and being willing to negotiate and let them know where you arr and see how they are willing to help meet you there vs taking whats said at face value, and end up disappointed in the end because you didnt speak up for yourself. Sorry for the book but figured id speak on it. I am a real customer too, not paid or incentivised to write this. Feel free to reach out if you are thinking of coming and have questions.
