He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed whether it was answering questions, explaining equipment, or just making sure the gym stayed clean and welcoming. His positive attitude made my workout so much more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about the members and takes pride in their job. Big shoutout to him and the entire team for the excellent customer service! Highly recommend this location.

During my recent visit, he approached me twice to ask where my shoes were. I explained both times that they were on my feet. Despite my polite response, he proceeded to tell me that if he caught me with the shoes, he would kick me out. His tone and words were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I understand that there may be policies in place, but the way he handled the situation was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. This interaction has also made me consider switching to another gym, one that fosters a more respectful and welcoming environment for its members. Thank you for your time and understanding. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately to prevent similar experiences for others.

Shortly after we started our workout, we had an uncomfortable interaction with Carlos, the regional manager. He approached my partner and questioned her about the shoes she was wearing in a way that came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. In addition, throughout our workout, Carlos was speaking so loudly that his voice was overpowering the music playing in the gym. At one point, we overheard him on the phone using foul language while talking to one of his “home boys,” which felt highly inappropriate for someone of his title. The entire experience created a really unpleasant atmosphere during our workout sesh.
