Since the first interaction to now things haven’t changed with this young man’s attitude or dedication he has to provide the best costumer service ever. It’s not easy and you can tell he makes it look easy with his passion to it.

He’s always friendly, professional, and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome from greeting members at the door to taking the time to explain how to use equipment properly. The gym itself is clean, well-organized, and true to its “Judgement Free Zone” motto, with modern machines, tidy locker rooms, and a positive atmosphere. Pedro’s great attitude and consistent customer service make working out here enjoyable and motivate me to keep coming back.
