  The customer service from the ladies in the lobby is great . The customer service from the young gentleman on the phone was outstanding as well, but my glasses never fit. These were the most expensive glasses I ever pay for and I had to go to other place after I went there 3 times, waste of money and time. When I went to the other place they told me that in one of my eyes I had no prescription applied , I thought that I had a brain tumor and was preparing my things for the time coming in . It was just a bad prescription. They never refunded me , they blamed on me really? Good luck to all

  Excellent service! My glasses fit perfectly. They are just perfect I can see perfectly .. the last place that I went to. I had to redo them three times and this was perfect on the first try. I am extremely happy and obviously we’ll be a forever customer.

  I had a 12:30 appointment for an eye exam. This is my second time going to this location. I did not have an enjoyable experience the first time but I figured I’d give it a second chance. It took a while for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. The staff is very young and all over the place. Another person walked in at 12:35 who had a 1pm appointment and he was spoken too and saw the doctor before I did. I was waiting there and kept reminding them I hadn’t been seen.I finally see the doctor and the exam was over in less than 5 minutes. I am now the only person in the store trying to leave as people with later appointments have come and gone by now. I finally get someone’s attention but someone else walked in and she left to attend to him. I’m finally given my prescription and confirm that I’m all done. I get to my car and I am chased down by another employee because they forgot to collect the $10 copay. The complete lack of respect for my time was unacceptable. Not to mention that it feels more like they want to collect as much copays as possible instead of actually tending to your optical needs. The only reason this business gets two stars instead of one is because the location is easily accessible, clean, and it is easy to make an appointment (even though appointments aren’t honored).
