  I have been dealing with Maggie and she is amazing and takes really good care of you with time and effort and it is what I call personalized service. I bought many pairs from this shop between myself and my family and I keep coming back because of this service. thank you again.

  Absolutely appalling service – luxury prices, zero luxury experience. I purchased a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses for over $500 (closer to $550 after tax) and was shocked by how I was treated by the sales associate. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive, cold, and frankly insulting. No smile, no warmth, and certainly no sense that I was a valued customer. For a so-called luxury brand, the service was anything but. She made me feel like I didn’t belong there – like I was somehow out of place for simply trying to buy sunglasses. I only bought the pair because I had previously lost the exact same model and wanted to replace it. The display model looked slightly stretched out from being tried on repeatedly, and when I asked for a fresh pair, she brought out another that had visible marks on it. Instead of offering to clean it or even acknowledging it properly, she dismissed it by saying it was “just from how they’re arranged” – as if that excused the lack of care. I also asked for a basic glass-cleaning tissue (yes, I might have used different words since I’m not a native speaker), and she looked at me like I was stupid. Then she made a point of telling me that the case could be used as a cloth, as if that was doing me a favor. I shouldn’t have had to ask twice for something that should have been automatically offered with a $500+ purchase. It was as if she thought she was the brand – even the owner of Oliver Peoples wouldn’t behave with such arrogance. I was in and out in five minutes, money in hand, no need to be sold anything. And still, I was treated like I didn’t deserve to be there. To be clear, this review is about her, not the product. But if you’re going to market yourself as a luxury label, the experience needs to match the price tag. This was one of the most unpleasant retail interactions I’ve had in a long time.
