My daughter and I went because my daughter had pneumonia and the we did not have a good experience because the doctor that assisted us was completely rude. She did not care about what we were telling her. We told her that things were getting serious and she just told us that because my daughter was older we didn’t have to do something’s, she did not give us recommendations on what to to or anything and was completely rude. She was talking to me and then tells my daughter to stop using her iPad with an attitude. And it wasn’t like the iPad was making loud noises. She just grabbed the iPad to turn it on when the doctor told her to turn it off. The doctor is E. Santos. ARNP. My daughter talked to the other nurses that were taking her vitals and they told her that she’s mean like that. That means this isn’t the first time she is rude to people. Hope this gets fixed.

We had an excellent experience at Nicklaus Children’s West Kendall. Dr. Castellanos was amazing with our son. He was patient, responsive, and very clear in his communication. We were in and out quickly, and he made the whole visit feel smooth and reassuring. Wendy was outstanding as well. Her attention to detail and her ability to connect with kids on their level truly made a stressful hospital visit so much more manageable. She brought a sense of calm and comfort that made a big difference for our family. Highly recommend this team!
