They couldn’t give us a proper diagnosis and, since they were about to close, the easiest thing for them was to tell us to go to the emergency room. I had to take him there because they couldn’t properly evaluate him. It’s really unfortunate that the healthcare system often feels more like a business focused on making more money from patients than on providing proper care

The way they draw so much love and care towards the children and empathy towards the parents. It is unmatched. I’ve never felt rushed once. I will choose this place over and over and over again. This is the Chick-Fil-A of urgent cares, best service, best care and best nurses. I am grateful for the nurses and doctors at this location. Thank you West Bird for being the amazing unit that you are.
