From the moment we walked in and were registered by the nicest and most professional registrar, to the nursing staff which included Kristine and Adri that were so amazing and empathetic and took the time to console my daughter when procedures were performed.To the extraordinary Dr Guerra who made my daughter so much better and listened to all of our concerns and prescribed just what she needed to recover quickly and completely! So blessed to have this urgent care in our community!

I was very hesitant on going into an urgent car as I had a traumatizing experience in the one at London square. As a concerned father in search of the best for my son I swallowed my feelings and tried this urgent care on bird RD. I am pleased to say that at least the staff on the night I was there is the best. As it is I arrived right before closing time on a Friday night and the staff still treated my son with the most delicacy and patience. We were helped by a young lady named Melissa God bless her because she made a scary moment as best as can be. Melissa was not only nice and gentle but very knowledgeable in her profession. Thank you Melissa for all your hard work and I hope more people like yourself join and follow your example. Now at days it’s all about money we need more people in the medical field that care about their patience not just a paycheck. I hope this reaches up the chain because first responders like Melissa should be recognized. Once again thank you Melissa
