- MRMartha RuizMar 7, 20265.0I just left the Macy’s LensCrafters and Adriana and Emily were AMAZING! Two pairs of sunglasses had become too uncomfortable to wear (keeping sunglasses in car in FL heat - no bueno). Even w/o an appt, they assisted me on the spot! Adriana adjusted one and Emily the other. They took their time and made several frame adjustments until each fit comfortably again. I asked a/b obtaining a new case for each pair, both different brands. I was so happy they had the exact cases I needed. The crazy part is when I went to the register to pay, Adriana told me there’s no charge! She and Emily resized 2 pairs of sunglasses and replaced both cases. I was absolutely amazed! Retail can be hectic, so it’s not always easy to find nice people that go above and beyond to provide great service….but free?!?!?!?! AMAZING!!!
