Unfortunately, I waited over 30 minutes while walk-in customers were helped ahead of me. Even as staff were speaking with me, they continued engaging with other customers, which made the interaction feel rushed and dismissive. Despite having an appointment, there was no clear effort to prioritize my visit. After waiting without any meaningful assistance, I ended up leaving without getting my vision checked. It was a frustrating experience, and I hope the office reconsiders how they manage appointments versus walk-ins to ensure better service and respect for customers' time.
