I read only the two most recent reviews, and I agree with Raikza. The main issue in The Falls Lenscrafter office is the staff's lack of empathy. Today, November 11, 2025, at 11:42 a.m., my phone call was put on hold by a staff member from the doctor's office (who refused to identify themselves). After waiting for four minutes, I decided to call again. After three unanswered phone calls, an angry person stated, "You disrespect my staff, and I'm not going to continue this conversation". She got angry when I asked why she left me on hold for four minutes and then ignored my phone calls. Arrogance, a lack of empathy, and a lack of communication skills could cost thousands in loss when a customer who has made business there decides to move to another optical services provider.

I am writing this review to hopefully warn others to not shop at this place. I went there to do a minor fix on my glasses that I have bought from their stote, they said “just so you know, IF WE BREAK IT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST.” I asked “how can it happen? I bought it from here. Can’t you fix on my glasses without breaking it?? Are you not able to tell whether a repair will be likely to break a glass or not?” Then I noted that I bought a protection plan, for which I had to pay >100$, they said I’d still have to pay 50$ IF THEY BROKE MY GLASSES WHILE REPAIRING. Btw, 50$ is if you have a plan. If you don’t, you are responsible for the entire cost. So much for “lens crafters.” I bought very expensive glasses for them a year ago (they charge way more than other places) hoping that I would be getting good quality glasses. Whoever the manager is, I don’t know if this will make a difference, buy you lost 4 customers, who have been visiting for years. I will also tell this to anyone who mentions your name in a conversation. Sometimes you think being this cheap & tricky might earn you money, but it makes you lose customers. I used to pay 500+ $ there every couple of years just for myself, not counting my family. Well, you lost thousands trying to save 50.

Service is slow. Store is busy so there should be more associates to help during busy hours. Glasses are first pair I will not need to have adjusted but they were very expensive! They did not even provide a cleaning cloth, for 2k there should have been at least one. Although glasses are nice I’ll be moving family to another location.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
