La tienda estaba vacía y cerrada por más de 15 minutos; no sé si estaba en su descanso o fuera de la tienda, pero eso no fue lo que más me molestó. Los problemas comenzaron cuando le pedí ayuda para encontrar dos productos, mostrándoselos desde mi app de Instacart. Él interpretó, sin razón, que yo le estaba diciendo que ese era su trabajo y reaccionó de forma agresiva y condescendiente, como si estuviera regañando a un niño. No me ayudó en absoluto y solo pude encontrar uno de los dos productos. Su actitud fue verbalmente agresiva y, estando solo en la tienda, llegué a sentir incomodidad y temor. Al final, incluso me deseó “buen día”, lo cual resultó irónico.
