- HBH. BehrensOct 5, 20252.0I had an eye exam and glasses done here last year. The staff and the doctor were all very nice, professional and helpful people and great to deal with. However despite how nice everyone was it was ultimately not possible for them to supply me with a pair of glasses that didn't result in splitting and constant headaches. I did feel like my suggestions that the prescription was a little too strong (it was WAY too strong, I'd never in my life had a prescription half as strong as that) were dismissed a little too easily. Ultimately, after a few rounds of adjustments to the glasses which didn't help, the 30-day window for returning them was coming to a close so I just went ahead and returned them. It's a shame because I really wanted it to work out and the frames were ones I really liked, but they were just not able to deliver glasses I could wear without pain. But again, very nice staff to deal with.
