  I decided to leave CycleBar, but canceling my membership has been incredibly difficult. Now, after reading other reviews, I see a pattern—many customers are still charged even after canceling. The place could be better. I’ve seen employees sitting on the front desk counter with the same shoes they wear outside—very unhygienic. The manager is present but clearly doesn't care. When I asked to cancel my membership, they tried to push me to freeze it instead. I declined, and that’s when the staff’s attitude changed from friendly to rude. Three different people were extremely disrespectful. One employee at the front desk even told me, very rudely, that it was my problem for coming in today and I’d still be charged for another month. That’s not how I was treated when I signed up. Also, every time I went—with my family—we were given broken bikes. The regular members always get the better ones. Most of the bikes in the back are either broken or in poor condition. Don’t waste your money here. The facility isn’t clean, and the towels aren’t either. Many regulars bring their own seat covers to avoid infections. Good instructors don’t stay long. Overall, very unprofessional experience.

  This place is my second home! I love the adrenaline rush the spinning classes give, with motivational instructors enhancing my performance! They even offer healthcare worker discounts thankfully! I highly recommend trying out a class at least so you can see how clean the studio is! The music is always such a vibe with cool lights in the room so you feel transported to a happy endorphins-filled experience!

  Awesome instructors they challenge you to get the best out of you. It’s super fun with loud music and you feel great afterwards.

  Amazing 🤩 Studio, by far the most incredible experience I’ve ever had spinning and I’ve been spinning for years and after my first ride, I knew this was the studio for me. Thank you Lauren and the Team for the warm welcome and instantly making me me feel like family -- it’s been 2 weeks and I can tell you that the classes are incredible - and the class schedule works !! Thank you Kennan, Maria, Mandy, Nik, Clay, Rasheed, Nicole for the journey, for the energy, for the awesome vibes, the motivation to be a better version of myself and for YOUR passion and dedication !! Having the best time working out with you all !! ✌🏼❤️🚴🏼‍♀️
