  I have being a member for over 5 months and the experience exceed my expectations.The West Kendall Pilates Club is a really neat fitness studio. Classes are small and very structured. Today I had Stephan as my Pilates instructor and he is beyond words. Stephan always ensured that everyone is doing moves properly, taking care posture preventing muscle damages and offering modifications when needed. Stephan is a very experienced and knowledgeable instructor, always making sure that the clases are enjoyable and suitable for everyone.I really recommend the West Kendall Studio and take the time to enjoy at least a class with Stephan. Simply the best !!

  Stephan has been my instructor over the last three years. I take his classes three times a week at 5:30 AM. He has always shown dedication and is very professional. He takes very good care of his students and he’s always motivating us to do a little bit better than we did the last class. My fitness and energy levels has improved. I am very grateful to our 5:30AM crew! I would highly recommend Stephan for any beginners or any other Pilates students out there at any level. We appreciate all of his dedication and the care that he takes with all of his students!

  I always have such a great experience Stephan. He is incredibly kind, patient, and truly knows what he’s doing. He explains every movement clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable while still challenging you to improve. You can tell he really cares about his clients and their progress. I always leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and refreshed. Highly recommend!

  I arrived 7 minutes late to class, and the girl at the front desk told me I would be charged $25 because they have a 5-minute late policy. I’ve been a client since September, and I find this extremely disrespectful. I was stuck in traffic due to an accident, and instead of being understanding, they made me waste my time. Losing a long-term client over 2 minutes late is ridiculous. I’m canceling my membership and going somewhere else. I do not recommend Club Pilates to anyone(this happened at the Miami shores location, but it’s the same policy, be aware )
