  Aleida is very pleasant. She varies the workouts to work all the body areas and always challenges me during the workouts. I love the way she helps me stretch my muscles.

  I’ve been a member now for three weeks, I am so happy to have found this Pilates studio so close to my house! It’s clean and comfortable and the instructors are all excellent. I have zero regrets signing up, it’s easy to schedule classes, I’m so happy to have this part of my weekly routine.

  The experience was great. The instructor succeeded my expectations. She was very professional, patient, calm and collected. The instructions were clearly and concisely. The class target my full body. I enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks.

  I’m leaving a 5 star review because I truly love this studio and love the proximity to my home. The instructors are great and as a mom this is the perfect way for me to take care of myself. My only pet peeve is the 12 hour late cancellation charge. Things happen. Especially when you have kids. I’m not sure why we need to be charged if someone else picks up our spot. With a monthly membership cost over $200, I just feel that these charges are petty. Like I said other than that I am as happy as can be!
