Club Pilates Midtown Miami is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
Billing and contract enforcement here were disappointing. I have been a member at this Club Pilates location for over a year since moving to Miami, which makes this experience even more disappointing in terms of how long-term members are treated. My membership was canceled over a $15 late fee, despite the signed agreement not permitting termination for that reason. When I spoke directly with the location’s manager, Issa, I requested a prorated refund for the unused portion of my paid billing cycle and was told this was “not possible,” even though the membership contract states that unused prepaid dues must be refunded when the club terminates a membership.
The issue has still not been fully resolved, and I am currently waiting to hear back from the regional manager. Due to conflicting information and how the situation was handled, I felt compelled to have my lawyer review the contract, as I felt I was being misled regarding my rights under the agreement. The process has been unnecessarily stressful and poorly managed for a premium-priced membership. Proceed with caution and read the fine print.

I showed up TWO minutes late for class and they refused me entry into the class. Fine. It's my fault for being late - even if it was only by two minutes.
I asked the front desk girl if they would be able to waive the fee since I'm never late and it was only two minutes. She said no and said there was nothing that she could do and I will be charge a $25 no show fee.
Even though I showed up.
The front desk girl was not helpful at all and had a whatever attitude and just brushed me off like “not my problem”.
I have the destination membership and pay $359 a month for this membership and they want to charge me $25 for being two minutes late?? I work and the classes they offer are already very limited on the times they offer it.
I'm seriously considering canceling my membership altogether.

Good studio, some GREAT TEACHERS: Monica, Alissa, Andrea. Classes change because of erratic attendance and that’s a shame…more need to discover this terrific place!

Came to the studio 10 minutes late wouldn’t let me join the class due to policy, okay understandable. Asked if they could waive the fee since it’s my first time attending this particular studio and weren’t helpful the front desk girl was incapable of calling the manager. I wasn’t aware the parking situation in this plaza where the studio is located is pretty difficult to find parking so show up 15 mins earlier. Giving it one star because i have a passport membership with club Pilates and it’s this kind of service after i show up to the studio and they don’t waive my no show fee.
