I arranged childcare, showed up early, and even spoke with the studio yesterday where I explained I had recently given birth — no one told me I needed a doctor’s release. Instead, I was kicked out of class in front of everyone by the instructor Cassandra .As a new mom who is already doing her best, it was humiliating. The manager later admitted the request for a note was a mistake, but the way it was handled left me in tears. If you are looking for a safe space to workout and not be judge or embarrassment I recommend avoiding this studio and instructor New moms deserve compassion, communication, and respect. This experience made me feel the opposite.

She takes special care in making sure everyone taking her class has attention to their needs. Other instructors I've taken classes with were exceptional as well. The front office staff is very friendly and professional. Great environment and studio size. I highly recommend this studio.

They felt repetitive and uninspired, and I was starting to wonder if Pilates just wasn’t for me. Then I decided to give Sunset a try—and that’s when everything changed. I was incredibly lucky to land in a class with Sabrina, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Sabrina is an absolutely phenomenal instructor. Her classes are everything I was looking for: interesting, challenging, and never monotonous. She brings such great energy and creativity to every session—no two classes feel the same. They’re tough (sometimes really tough!), but in the best possible way. You leave knowing you’ve worked hard, but also feeling stronger and more capable with each session. I truly wish I could take a class with her every single day. Even when it hurts, I know it’s making me better—and that’s thanks to her thoughtful programming, motivating style, and genuine passion for what she does. Sabrina, if you’re read this: I really, really appreciate you. You’re amazing at what you do, and I hope you know how impactful your work is. Kudos to you!
