  Sabrina is AMAZING!!! I took my first cardio class with her and today I took my hundredth class with her. I remember she told me day 1 that it was hard that day but I would love it and keep coming back and she was so right! Highly recommend! She’s not only an amazing instructor but she’s also the kindest person. Feels like we’ve been friends forever! Thank you, Sabrina!

  Club Pilates is a great studio. It is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. I have tried different classes with various instructors but I can easily say that Francis H. Is the best in my opinion. She has many years of experience and adapts the class to your specific needs. I mentioned to her that I have herniated discs and she is always around to adjust my position and moves ensuring that I do not hurt myself. Her classes are very challenging and her calm personality makes the class so relaxing at the same time. I look forward to my Monday night classes with her!

  Mercedes is the one of my favorite instructors! I try to schedule my life around her classes to make sure I see her at least once a week. Her energy and how she trains the tiniest of muscles is unparalleled. Her classes have made me more balanced, stronger, and immensely increased my mind body connection. Eternally grateful for her training!
