At Catholic Hospice, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our patients and their loved ones on their journey through a life-limiting illness and bereavement.
Our team of providers are trained and committed to provide optimal care. We take an interdisciplinary approach in order to provide total care to all patients and their loved ones.
The interdisciplinary teams consist of: the patient’s physician, the hospice physician, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, grief counselors and trained volunteers. In addition, we have partnerships with trusted vendors to address transportation and medical supply needs.
