  I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience at Brilliant | Rothenberg, I truly felt the need to share. From the front desk team, the staff doing the x rays, and everyone else, it was warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The tone carries through the entire office. My kids completed their braces treatment with Dr. Brilliant and she was phenomenal from start to finish. And I saw Dr. Rothenberg myself and he was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. It’s rare to find an office that runs so smoothly while still feeling so personal. Very grateful for them!

  Margo Brilliant’s reputation as South Florida’s best orthodontist is 100% accurate. Her work is exceptional, and her bedside manner is unmatched—warm, attentive, and reassuring. She is incredibly skilled and truly cares about her patients. I give her my highest recommendation.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Brilliant’s orthodontic office! The entire team was so friendly, patient, and caring. A special thanks to Dr. Brilliant, who has always been incredibly professional and understanding; to Deslyn, who is always fun and polite; and to Tatiana, who took such great care of us on our way out yesterday. Everyone showed so much kindness and patience with my daughter, who can sometimes be a bit of a handful. I truly appreciate the warmth, professionalism, and positive energy from the whole staff — thank you all for making our visit such a pleasant one! ❤️

  I will start by saying years ago I was treated by Dr. Espejo and she was always kind, thorough, and attentive. I have had TMJ issues so finally came back after some time to get a retainer. My previous molding appointment I did not have many questions as it seemed straightforward. I came in this morning to pick up my retainer, and unfortunately, the experience felt very rushed and dismissive. I was seen by Dr. Rothenberg, and I left feeling like my questions were an inconvenience rather than a priority. He spent more time chatting with the dental hygienist than checking in with me or making sure I was comfortable with the fit of the retainer. When I expressed that one side felt noticeably tighter than the other, I was told “that’s just the fit,” and he immediately walked away — no explanation, no opportunity for follow-up questions. It felt like I was bothering him just by asking. I will need to go back for a follow up in months and it is not a settling feeing after having an experience like this. I also left having doubts about the fit so only time will tell.

  Disappointed with Dr Brilliant and the office itself. As I learned Margo doesn’t listen the patients, another doctors and cares only about her earnings. They don’t care about what you said. I have asked to correct my removable retainer #2 it didn’t fit cause I’ve installed new crown on a tooth recently. I had both #1 permanent retainer (lingual wire) and #2 removable (plastic with wire on visible part of the teeth line) for wearing at night. I have completed orthodontics treatment 6 years ago. The reason of the visit was - I just afraid of if my teeth will be more active due the pregnancy. I’ve made an appointment with the doctor, provided my insurance info from employment with PPO. When I came over doctor looked at my mouth found unglued pieces of the permanent wire (#1) and BROKEN it DOWN with the tool immediately!!!! THEN they checked my insurance and mention that it DOES NOT cover anything. I was 6 months pregnant. My mouth doesn’t closed. The broken wire is touching and scratching my tongue. I couldn’t close my mouth after her manipulation. My big question was “WHY?” Even if, it was unglued it didn’t bother me and it wasn’t a visit reason! I was crying in a chair with my husband over the phone. I’ve asked the nurse to call the doctor cause I COULD NOT close my mouth after HER manipulation. They asked me to change a room. She came over, removed it and the medical assistant made the scan for Invisalign. I drove home that evening so disappointed. I was talking to my OB, he does not recommend me to start wearing INVISALIGN. I was talking to different orthodontist dr Pavel Ivanov HE DOES NOT recommend me to start wearing Invisalign as well! Cause more plaque, weak gums appears during any pregnancy. But doctor Margo probably didn’t know that! I’ve contacted my general dentist and they called on my behalf to the dr brilliant’s office to cancel all this nonsense. I canceled (declined) my appointment with answer to «confirmation/declination» text too. Do you know, my general dentist was surprised cleaning up after the Margo removal. I mentioned in the day she left some glue but she says “next time. I’m busy”. Today, in a month after that Margo called me! Not a front desk, the doctor herself! She says that “they made invisalign for me and it’s really expensive.” Btw it’s just 125 for one jaw. That they’ve done for me. Do you know how expensive nerves of the first-time pregnant-expectant? Her family? Btw, Margo has crooked teeth. Bottom and top. I like when ppl who sells something have it at least! I cannot trust them after all I’ve experienced. I hope she won’t bother me again. Btw, now I’m without permanent retainer #1 cause Margo’s work And no one didn’t correct my removable retainer #2. I pray my teeth won’t change the current position. The worst experience ever.
