  I had a very positive experience during my visit to the emergency department. The emergency doctor Sebastian Anthonio Abdelnur was very caring and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood my care. The ED technician Helen was also extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. Overall, the entire team that treated me was attentive, professional, and supportive. I truly appreciate the quality of care I received and would highly recommend this team to others.

  I had a wonderful experience at West Kendall Baptist Hospital with Dr. Sebastian Abdelnur and his amazing team. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly helpful and kept me feeling positive throughout the process. We didn’t have to wait long, which was a relief, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring we understood each step. Dr. Abdelnur’s bedside manner is exceptional; he made my eight-year-old son feel calm and relaxed during his visit. The entire team was incredibly supportive, and I felt so lucky to have received such excellent care. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of care. Desde el momento en que llegamos, fueron muy serviciales y me mantuvieron positiva durante todo el proceso.   I have always ad good experience with West Baptist in Kendall. I was treated aggressively by the new er doctor g asian decent that I never meet and I could never had looked or understood my condition. He began to belittle me about medical bills and then told I need to go to a nursing facility, of which I don't qualify I am to young. The. Told that I shouldn't travel. Then I used anti sematic topic and mocking the war in Gaza as a Jewish soldier than was injured was extremely insulted and every jew. I am filing a formal complaint and complaint with the ADL and Jewish organization about this doctors disgusting behavior and actions. Reflect poorly on the hospital and the arrogance of this doctors to moc me when I came back to same hospital because they knew y condition very well and has to be observed.

  I would like to express my appreciation for the entire staff on duty. Everyone did an excellent job, demonstrating both kindness and a strong sense of responsibility throughout my visit. I would especially like to highlight the doctor, who showed great expertise and confidence in handling everything. Their professionalism and knowledge made me feel well cared for. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding service.

  I am writing this review after one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had in an emergency room. I arrived seeking help because I was in significant pain and genuinely concerned about my health. Unfortunately, instead of receiving timely care, I was left waiting for over seven hours with little to no communication about what was happening or when I would be seen. Being in pain while sitting in a room for that long, without updates or attention from medical staff, was extremely difficult both physically and emotionally. To make matters worse, there was also an issue with my CT scan, which appeared to have been mishandled or done incorrectly. After already waiting for hours, learning that something had gone wrong with the imaging only added to the frustration and extended the amount of time I was left waiting without answers. For most of the time I was placed in a dark room, still in pain, and felt as though no one was checking on me or providing any updates. The lack of communication and attention made me feel completely neglected, especially considering this was supposed to be a place where patients come for urgent medical care. Overall, this was one of the most disheartening and discouraging healthcare experiences I have ever had. I truly hope the hospital reviews its patient care process, communication, and wait time management so that future patients do not have to go through what I experienced.
