Practically walked in. No wait. Nurses were helpful and attentive. Doctor was methodical. Took the time to explain everything to me. A very pleasant experience from beginning to end

I can’t say how grateful I am for how patient and understanding the two individuals who took care of me were. I have a medical phobia and horrible anxiety, to the point where I can pass out. The doctor who saw me for my follow up, Patrick, and the nurse who held my hand and comforted me through the procedure, Nancy, were a godsend. It made a terrifying experience a little more pleasant. Amazing practitioners with compassionate hearts!
Staff and Medical team were awesome. We only had to wait a few minutes in waiting room and had X-rays done in no time. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My mom went in last night due to fatigue, headaches, and vomiting. She arrived around 7:30 PM, about an hour and a half before closing. She was taken in, but by the time she saw the doctor, they decided to only give her half a bag of IV fluids, saying she wasn’t too dehydrated.
That did not seem accurate, and it honestly felt rushed because they were close to closing.
The next day, she was still feeling unwell. I took her to another Baptist location, where they gave her a full IV bag, and she immediately started feeling better.
It’s concerning that care seemed to be influenced by closing time rather than the patient’s actual condition. When someone comes in feeling that sick, they deserve proper attention and treatment—not to be rushed out the door.

It was an amazing visit to the Pincrest Baptist Health urgent care today. I didn't feel well had been coughing so much for over a week and nothing i did helped me feel any better, I called my PCP to get an appointment to see him and was told by the office manager that they would not see me unless I got tested for Covid and the Flu. I was upset at that because don't you go to your primary doctor if your sick? It changed how i feel about his practice. Im just glad that my daughter took me to Baptist Health care in Pinecrest, they were so wonderful and attentive to help me get a diagnosis and they prescribed medication to get me on my way to feeling better. Many thanks to everyone that attended to me, from approaching the check in desk to the nurses and the doctor. Baptist Hospital is the best place to go to for health care.
