  Everyone was very helpful starting at the front desk receptionist to the APRN Lissette F. The Radiologist Kim and Dr. Josette B-Laklak I was cared for quickly and the pain was less than when I came in. Thank you

  I had a recent visit to urgent care with my children, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff were welcoming, efficient, and incredibly kind, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The waiting room staff were just as phenomenal, attentive, organized, and clearly committed to keeping things running smoothly. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to address all of our concerns with care and clarity. We never felt rushed, yet the entire visit was impressively efficient we were in and out quickly without sacrificing quality of care. Overall, I’m very grateful for the outstanding service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this urgent care to others.

  The admission experience was not very pleasant. The person who handled our check-in was quite rude and lacked a patient-friendly approach, which made the initial interaction uncomfortable. The clinic could improve the way patients are received at the front desk. However, once inside, the doctors provided very good care and the medical service was excellent.
