  I chose this location because it’s close to my job, but my experience was very disappointing. The doctor told me my finger was broken and that I needed to go to the hospital immediately, which was very scary. Later, she called and said I could wait to see an orthopedist. Today, the orthopedist confirmed that nothing was broken and even questioned the urgent care diagnosis. This caused me unnecessary stress. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place.

  I went to the Baptist Urgent Care in close to the Falls shopping area. I was seen very quickly. I had severe pain in my right foot. The physician assistant ordered X-rays of my foot. It appears that there may be an infection in my toe so he prescribed an antibiotic for seven days. I was very pleased with the facility and the medical care that I received. Highly recommend.

  3-27-2026 We came from a clinic with an emergency and my hubby was treated right away and given all the necessary attention. All important test were done promptly and the Dr came to explain the next steps to follow. The flebotomist was experienced so my husband did not suffered when the blood was taken. Nurses were vigilante, attentive and providing all comfort. This is the only place I trust for my love ones and myself. All facilities from room to restrooms were clean and well kept. When the Dr gave the ok we were able to eat a delicious refreshment. It really feels we are in a capitalist country. Love Baptsist Emergency room.

  This was the best experience one could ask for. Pristine facility with courteous, respectfully, welcoming and caring staff. PA Prem Kumar Lund is exceptional, one of the most attentive, knowledgeable and caring health professionals ever encountered. He makes you feel as if you are the only person that matters. Thanks for renewing my faith in the health care system!!

  I brought my daughter in after she fell during cheer and needed to make sure her nose wasn’t fractured. Joshua Newby was a great provider—kind, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Yani, the X-ray tech, was also excellent and made my daughter feel comfortable during the X-rays. The team communicated well and the visit was very efficient. We were in and out quickly. Great experience overall!
