  Staff was excellent from registration to the nurse and doctor. I required X-rays and the technician was also very courteous and friendly. Over allergy experience was great. Thank you all for your help during this proces.

  I went to Baptist Urgent Care for a nonstop cough and sore throat, and I had such a great experience. Nurse Ana heard me coughing over and over, and without hesitation, she came over to offer me water. On top of that, she asked the doctor to order a soothing medication right then and there that helped calm my throat and ease my cough. She truly didn’t have to do that, but she went out of her way to help and it made such a difference. Thank you, Ana! We need more nurses like you. And thank you to the doctor as well I was very pleased with his assessment and care. Highly recommend this team!

  Debido a la edad y problemas de salud asociados, he sido "cliente" de los servicios Médicos de Urgencia de Baptist en Country Walk en varias ocasiones y siempre he salido satisfecho y con muy buena impresión del trabajo que realizan. La amabilidad y profesionalidad son el sello que distingue a este centro y lo recomiendo sin reservas.

  I had a great experience at Baptist Urgent Care FM. I was attended quickly, and the level of professionalism and dedication from the entire team was outstanding. The doctor Luis P. was very attentive and kind, and the assistants provided truly impressive care. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place.
