  I went in for treatment after a fall. Check in went very smooth, wait time was short. Treatment was excellent. I was seen by a medical assistant, a nurse practitioner and radiology technician. All of them handled me with care since I was experiencing some pain with certain movements. Highly recommend.

  everyone was super kind i went early to beat any crowding in the waiting room they were quick and so sweet very understanding and explained everything perfectly overall my visit was super pleasant :)

  Be careful about your insurance and cost transparency there. I checked with my insurance and also with Baptist before I went there, and both places said I was covered with a copay. Baptist first charged me too much for my copay and has yet to refund it. I went 2 months ago. Then 2 weeks ago I got a bill with an out of network copay for $65 from someplace called Criticare for the PA they had there and I saw for 2 minutes. I called Baptist and they said that the charge was for the PA I saw, and they contract it out. I was not told that when I went to the Urgent Care, nor did I have a choice of who I saw or even knew who I was going to see. I went under the umbrella of Baptist Urgent care, and this lack of transparency is appalling to me. I have never been to an urgent care where there was more than one copay if my insurance covered it. Don't go here unless you dig in to coverage. My insurance company didn't even know they did this. They thought I was covered with my copay and that should have been the only charge.
