  I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed. I understand that appointments are not always seen exactly on time, but I was not called in until 3:42 PM. Waiting over an hour past the appointment time feels very disrespectful to patients’ time. It honestly seems like too many appointments are being scheduled just for financial reasons. If that’s the case, the office should schedule fewer appointments or hire more doctors so patients are not forced to wait longer than the actual length of their appointment. If delays happen because this is a surgical office, then at the very least patients should be informed ahead of time that they may be waiting one hour or an hour and a half. Clear communication would make a big difference. Patients plan their day around these visits, and time matters. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone.
