  En este hospital tuve mi cirugía con la doctora Victoria y sólo les puedo decir que ha sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido .Un excepcional servicio, atención de primera y las enfermeras súper cariñosas ,profesionales y sobre todo mucha humanidad.Es bonito poder pasar por un proceso quirúrgico y contar con una equipo excelente .Muchas gracias para todo el equipo que me cuidó con tanto cariño 🫶

  Had cataract surgery this morning. It’s very difficult to get a line into my veins. So difficult that after several attempts by other people an anesthesiologist had to do it for me during a separate event several weeks ago. I advised my pleasant, professional, nurse Julia of this and she responded by getting a line into my vein so quickly and so well that I didn’t even feel the prick of the needle. Because my veins are hard to find, past visits to other hospitals have resulted in as many as seven attempts before success. In fact, I once insisted that no further attempts be made unless they brought someone up from the ER or that rode an ambulance that did this all the time to get it done. Following the procedure I was taken good care of by Nurse Arlene. All in all, a positive experience all the way through.

  Nurse Bianca at the Surgery Center, 8940 N Kendall Dr Suite 301E was a very rude person. I had a steroid injection in my lower back with sedation and she would not get me a wheelchair upon discharge and expected me to walk from the 3rd Floor East Tower Surgery Center to the parking lot after I had the procedure. She had quite an attitude and I will report her to a high level. I do not know how this nurse Bianca had the audacity to talk to me in such a mean way. And she would not give me any discharge instructions. She told me that I could read it myself. She should be terminated. I only got her first name . She refused to give me her last name. The medical staff is terrible at Baptist.
