  Fui operada el 3/31/2026 en el hospital South Miami Baptist y quiero expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento. Desde el momento en que entré hasta que regresé a casa, recibí una atención excelente, llena de profesionalismo, humanidad y cariño del equipo del Dr Erick Schroeder, en especial a Odette, que me trató con cariño y profesionalidad, médicos, enfermeras Camila, Sandy, y personal en general me hizo sentir segura, tranquila y acompañada en todo momento. Muchas felicidades por su atención y profesionalismo.

  The women who did the mammogram and ultrasound were lovely and very helpful as was the woman who signed me in. What was incredibly frustrating was that I got there at 12:45 for a 1pm appointment and I left at 4pm. The mammogram took about 20 minutes and the ultrasound took about 10 minutes. sitting for 2 and a 1/2 hours was a waste of time and took me out of the offoce way longer than it should have. In the 3 hours I was there I only saw 3 other women so it was not super busy

  I recently underwent an MRI procedure and was treated by Anesthesiologist. Dr. Jacque demonstrated exceptional bedside manner throughout my procedure. He was attentive, compassionate, and highly responsive to my needs. I especially appreciated his emotional awareness and the way he acknowledged my pain and addressed it promptly, which made a significant difference in my overall experience. His professionalism and level of care helped make what could have been a stressful procedure feel comfortable and manageable. I am truly grateful for his attentiveness and the quality of care he provided. Please extend my sincere thanks and recognition to Dr. Jacque for his outstanding service.

  Today I had a hospital experience that I truly feel deserves to be recognized. From the moment I walked in, every single person who assisted me was exceptional. The attention, kindness, and level of care I received were beyond excellent. The entire staff made me feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for during such an important moment. Everything was perfectly organized, and as always, the hospital was extremely clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. Every detail reflected professionalism and compassion. I can honestly say I have no complaints at all—everything was simply outstanding. I am deeply grateful for such a wonderful experience and for the incredible team that made it possible.   I have an MRI done at Baptist Hospital of South Miami and a had an excellent experience. the entire process was very fast. from the beginning, the nurses were very attentive and checked on me the whole time, which made me feel safe and well cared for. the person in charge of my defibrillator was very professional and explained the entire procedure step by step, which gave at lot of peace of mind before and during the exam. the hospital was very clean and well organized, which also builds confidence. Additionally, they even provide a courtesy ride to take me back to my car, which was a great extra service. overall, everything was excellent and very professional. I would definitely recommend this hospital for MRI services.
