  Very happy, office super clean and neat, the waiting was very short, staff very friendly. Very happy to be a new patient and looking forward to a long lasting relationship with my doctors.

  They are very unprofessional, I have been a patient there for over 6 years, unfortunately they have a rotating door of providers, never see the same one . I had an appointment for my annual check up scheduled 4 weeks ago, today I get a call from this very agitated person telling me they need to change my appointment from the doctor to a nurse because I need to make another appointment to.establish care with the new doctor. In order words they want to charge twice to the insurance. I requested to speak to the supervisor and he told me that a doctor cannot see me and follow the previous plan, they need to make their own notes to follow. But the nurse practitioner can follow the records. It's ridiculous to think that I can see a nurse practitioner but not a doctor. So my appointment was cancelled and now I have to miss more work time . This is a horrible practice and the employees are very rude. Has anybody ever seen a doctor there for more than 10 minutes? They come in ask a few questions then leave not giving you a chance to ask questions! Very bad service and it keeps getting worse.

  On time appointment within 5 minutes. Assistant was excellent . Dr. Alvarez was outstanding. Knew everything and was attentive to my medical needs.
