  So not surprised that the overall review is even below 2.5. Outrageous. Sara, the scheduler from Dr’s Kosanovic office is just awful re to appointment scheduling - most rudest ever, and makes mistakes along with other colleagues. MUST to take a course in Communication and Skills Development.

  My wife has haven an intense paint in right leg specific near knee during 45 days, she had two emergency visit at West Baptist Hospital , last one for seven days without non specific diagnostic. in this period was infiltrated at Miami Neuroscience institute by Doctors Icaza. Now today 10/31/2025 Dr.Icaza see her after 45 days of intense pain no results, he ordered infiltrate again , in top of that He called my wife before left , telling her that the infiltrator coordinator said that my wife disrespected her and threatened , if happened other event like this, no longer received services from him in a rude way; this situation happened because my wife claimed a pronta infiltration no over a month an tent days, Supervisor Isabel knows the situation , she advised to us that can help in this mather.   It’s impossible to get a hold of them to get you to the doctor’s office I’ve had hip pain for 7 months and I have not improved. Don’t go there. Awful drs and staff.

  Last time I was there didn't have a good experience I was seem by a lady pa I believe I'm in bad pain again, and searched for your group and I'm afraid of returning You need to do something since we need to go through you to get to the surgeon was Dr Sporrer and Dr Tolchin also
