  During my recent visit, I had the most professional and caring nurse, with the best attitude and concern for my comfort. I always give credit where credit is due , good or bad. My Rn that prepped me for my procedure was Janny Mendoza, RN. This is one of the finest nurses that I have ever had, very personable, compassionate, knowledgeable and patient with our questions, and a great personality. LOOK FOR THIS ONE!!!!! In a time where people are just doing a job, Janny Mendoza is living her career. My best wishes to this young lady, keep striving and achieving your goals. I am so glad we met you today.   Scheduling an appointment with a Cardiologist is close to impossible (I have been trying for over a week, every day of the week). According to the schedulers, once you see a doctor, you have to keep seeing that doctor for the rest of your treatment (you are stuck), unless another doctor is willing to accept you as a patient. It can be concluded, that Baptist does not believe in second choices or opinions, or in providing timely medical care. At the end of the day, is not about the patients, or their medical needs, it’s about protecting the doctors. If you want to be treated as an object, or experience the feelings that you are owned by a doctor, Baptist Health Care, specifically, the Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute is your best option. Otherwise, look somewhere else

  Dr. Pascual is the best electrophysiologist and cardiologist I could have asked for. His medical expertise is exceptional, and his compassion and humanity truly set him apart. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel safe and confident in his care. I had a successful ablation procedure, and despite the normal anxiety that comes with pre-procedure preparation, my experience at Baptist Health Cardio and Vascular Institute was outstanding. Dr. Pascual’s surgical team was professional, kind, and extremely attentive, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Pascual and his entire team for their excellence, dedication, and genuine care. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking the highest level of cardiac and electrophysiology care.

  This morning I had a minor procedure at Miami Cardiac and Vascular/Surgery Center, and I want to share how impressed I was with the entire experience. Everyone I encountered showed not only professionalism but also genuine hospitality. I kept noticing the pineapple logo everywhere and now I understand why—it truly symbolizes the welcoming spirit of your team. I wish I could mention everyone by name, but the anesthesia had me forgetting even my own! Still JOKE!, a special thanks goes to the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in, as well as Nathalie, Hidi, Cici, my surgeon Dr. Gonzalez, Dr. Kumar, Kathy, and of course the rest of the team. All the best to the whole staff—you made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and reassuring.
