- BGBrigette GandarillasNov 8, 20235.0I had the unfortunate incident of preparing for my colonoscopy and endoscopy only to arrive and learn that my doctor's office had not secured the authorization for the procedures. Ms. Quinisha Jones of Baptist Health was beyond professional, caring, and understanding of the situation. She kept us informed and provided options and accomdoations as needed while trying to conncet with my doctor's office. Unfortunately, I was not able to have my procedures done this day but felt that given the situation it could not have been been handled any better than Ms. Jones handled it. 5 stars to Baptist bc of her and the other nurses and representnatives that were also first class.
