  I had my endoscopy procedure today with Dr. Ferrer Sr, he is my gastroenterologist since 2006 and for me he is the best doctor and also his staff, they were very professional and treating me with a high level of empathy🫶 6 stars for them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Excellent experience. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Staff made me feel at ease. Everyone was very friendly. The only difficulty I encountered was with the parking, but you can always valet.

  Excellent place with outstanding customer service. It was my first time there, and I must say—from the moment you walk in until you leave, every single nurse is amazing. They truly make you feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended!

  I had an outstanding experience at Baptist Health Endoscopy Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, which really helped reduce any anxiety I had going in. The facility was clean, well-organized, and ran very efficiently. The medical team took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. Overall, the level of service and compassion I received was exceptional. I truly felt like I was in great hands. I highly recommend this center to anyone needing endoscopy services.

  I am really happy with the staff at Baptist Health Endoscopy Center they are amazing but I am still waiting for Dr. Vicente Lago Jr. to call me in order to give me the biopsy results. I had an appoiment and the secretary call me that the doctor was going to call me it’s been two weeks and the doctor have not call me to give me the results of my colonoscopy from the biopsy. I am very dissatisfied.
