I had a very positive experience during my colonoscopy. The staff was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctor was also very professional and gentle, performing the procedure smoothly without any complications.
Overall, everything went well, and I truly appreciated the care I received. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Mileydis por acá, hoy me tocó mi prueba y estoy súper agradecida con todo el personal del centro, todos me trataron muy dulce y amablemente, ellos hicieron posible que todas las horas de sufrimiento de la preparación terminaran en una total relajación. Realmente todos tiene una Excellente calidad humana. Felicito encarecidamente a todo el equipo de trabajo.

Hoy tuve un procedimiento con el Dr José Ruiz y quiero expresar mi agradecimiento…resaltar el PROFESIONALISMO y LA ENTREGA con que fui atendida por el Dr Ruiz , que además de ser una excelente persona, es un gran ser humano , lo recomiendo con absoluta seguridad!!!
También resaltar el excelente trabajo del equipo que me atendió, especialmente la enfermera Judith y Oscar que demostraron en cada momento destreza y profesionalismo, así como al equipo de anestesia y todos en general.

Everyone I met did an outstanding job with almost no delay and handled every aspect of my testing very professionally with personable touch- However, one exception was the phone system operator(s) that kept me on hold for more than ten minutes, when I called to say I’d be delayed due to a traffic accident jamming US1. When I finally got my call answered after a 10 minute wait, it was followed with “Please Hold” and I waited another 5 minutes. When your operator finally did answer, and I asked her to advise reception of that, I was told I should call another number other than the one on your Colonoscopy Center exam instructions that she answered. I explained I was in transit and had waited 15 minutes for an answer and did not wish to call and wait again and asked her to pass my message to the person she was trying to hand me off to. This was a very poor response and handling of a patient but fortunately did not reflect the attitudes and care I received from all your lovely medical staff !
