  Dr. Escalona is excellent. Not only is she highly knowledgeable, but she truly cares. She takes the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and I feel completely confident with the treatment plan she has me on. The whole staff is very nice and professional.

  Dr. Priscilla doesn't care about her patients. They change your appointment after a six-month wait. I chose Babtis thinking it was the best option, but her doctors don't respect or care about their patients.

  In office visits are great. The doctor and medical staff are attentive. However, since Baptist moved to the answering service, I cannot get a hold of anyone in the office. For a week, I’ve have been trying to get a hold of someone in order to refill my Omni pods. To no avail. Not sure what do do as my last omnipod will expire in15 hours and cannot reach anyone.

  It’s extremely difficult to resolve something simple as prescription authorization over the phone. My insurance sent the form to the Doctor’s office multiples time but the form was never completed by the Dr. I have been calling the office for over 2 weeks to have it resolved.
