  My wife and I took our 3 year old son today. We couldn’t be happier with the way he was cared for and treated. Dr. Dicenso, Syad PA, Rachel, Franky and Gaby were amazing with my son. They walked him through everything and put a smile on his face when he didn’t feel his best. I couldn’t have been prouder of making the decision to take him to the ER at Palmetto Bay. They treated him and us like family, and that’s all we could have asked for. If you’re wondering whether you should take your family member or go there yourself for emergency care, do it. You won’t regret it.

  Gleen and Gaby were cool!! 💫 hakuna matata, thank you!! Dr. Anthony, just do it! Juan and Alexandra were so helpful and amazing! It’s never pleasant to visit a hospital, but today I almost felt like staying—not joking! Super fast service, everyone was so kind, and there were smiles the whole time. Thanks for everything!

  A+ experience from start to finish. I was blown away by the efficiency and care at this location. What I expected to be a dreaded visit for stitches turned into a seamless, professional experience with zero wait time. A huge shout out to Dr. William Veloz—it’s clear he truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at the urgent care, thanks to the incredible staff. I didn’t get the name of the person that admitted me but he was quick and efficient. B, Dr. Valor, and Alfonso were on point. Even late at night, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s not easy to maintain that level of care and positivity during long hours, but their great attitude and dedication really stood out. I’m truly grateful for their help and would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of quality care.
