From the minute I arrived, the level of care and attention was enormous. They helped me with compassion which for me is the most essential part of service. At all levels from triage through exams and tests provided.
Thank you for your service and expertise.

Everyone was very professional and explained everything making sure I was comfortable in all the pain I was in. The doctor took his time in explaining and answering what ever questions my husband and I had. The service and wait time was good.

I had a great experience at Baptist Health Emergency Care (Country Walk). The entire staff was professional, attentive, and truly took the time to understand my concerns. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for and respected. The team worked efficiently while still being compassionate, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency services.
