  Always a pleasure to go to a Baptist center. Everyone on the Diagnostic center in Westchester were very nice and efficient. Thank you for being such a great group.

  Very friendly and polite reception and service. Minimal waiting time quick registration process. Excellent technician, very professional and highly accommodating. Very satisfied with the medical attention.

  This was my first time at this facility; the people at the reception desk were very friendly. The problem arose with the person assigned to assist me with the Calcium CT scan I needed to undergo. Based on their demeanor, I believe this was actually a case of racism, and I intend to go there in person to file a complaint with the administration. What's more, they didn't even perform the test correctly—and they know it!

  The ultrasound tech, Lindey, was amazing and so sweet and patient during the entire procedure. She was very empathetic during the exams. She made it a wonderful experience. Lindey was so professional that in the future I will be having my diagnostic tests at Baptist and hopefully with her. However, I was disappointed that no one called me prior to the date of my appt to confirm appt or tell me my copay or coinsurance. The receptionist Martha Mora was pleasant too.

  Horrible and unacceptable experience. I arrived on time for my appointment, and despite the waiting room having only one person, my appointment was canceled simply because I had not arrived 30 minutes early. This was deeply disrespectful, extremely unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of compassion for a patient’s health and time. Policies should never be enforced in such a rigid and careless way, especially in a medical setting where people come seeking care, not indifference. To make matters worse, the young woman at the front desk treated me with remarkable coldness and showed very little interest in helping or even speaking with basic courtesy. I do not know her name, but it should be very easy to identify her since I was there just a few minutes ago. I work in a medical office myself, and I have never witnessed such a lack of empathy, humility, and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this center to anyone. If this is how patients are treated before they are even seen, that says a great deal about the level of care and respect this place offers.
