  I've been trying to get an mri test performed with Baptist Health for the past month with no success if it's not a scheduling problem it's problems getting approval from my insurance company then not knowing they couldn't do two test the same day then not able to do the test before a certain day and on and on I'm very frustrated and disappointed with Baptist Health!!!

  I took my 14 year old son there for his first MRI which can be a very scary experience. From the lady at the front desk to the nurse and doctor-everyone was so kind! I could tell they truly cared about my son. When we left my son even said he wants to go back again. THAT you don’t usually hear. Beyond grateful for all their help. 🙏🏻

  A warm welcome. The registrars were smiling and gave me all the information I needed. Best of all, I was called in early and was literally walking out the door two minutes before my scheduled appointment time! Thank you

  La verdad, quedé muy satisfecha con la atención que recibí. Desde que llegué, me trataron con mucha amabilidad y respeto, algo que hoy en día se valora muchísimo. Me hicieron sentir cómoda todo el tiempo, como si realmente les importara ayudarme. Además, se notaba que saben lo que hacen. Me explicaron todo con calma, sin apuros. Fueron muy organizados y atentos en cada detalle, lo que me dio mucha confianza. En general, fue una experiencia muy buena. Da gusto cuando te atienden así, con profesionalismo pero también con un trato muy humano. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
