  I was Schedule to have this appoiment on April 15 7:30 am, but they informed me that they have a spot open on 4/9 7:30 pm. I Went last night for my appoiment. It was nice I didnt have to wait, they took care of me rightaway. The gentlemen at the desk was very professional, and the young lady performing my Scam , was pleasant and explain what she was doing. Good experiences Recomendada go and do your procedures in the evening, is quiet, less people, more attention. Sorry I don’t have your names, but keep doing what you’re doing,

  Great facility, clean and modern. But what was truly exceptional was the staff - from Karen at the reception to Tessa who placed my IV and the MRI tech (sorry, can't remember her name), everyone was welcoming, kind and professional. Their genuine care for my wellbeing made me less anxious.

  Sergio I. set up the IV and I didn’t feel any pain, he helped me with the scan like a true gentleman, being so young. Unlike other times, this was a great experience because of his knowledge and compassion. I was also very grateful to Orlando V. for his patience, explaining every step of the scan. I came in fearful and left with a sense of gratitude to these two amazing employees. I wish everyone were like them.

  Hoy tuve la oportunidad de realizarme un estudio y debo decir que la experiencia fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegué, la atención fue impecable, cálida y muy profesional. La Dra. Indira Estanga y todo su equipo fueron verdaderamente excepcionales. Después de 8 años realizándome este tipo de estudios, nunca había recibido una atención tan humana, cercana y dedicada. Se tomaron el tiempo para hacerme sentir tranquila, escuchada y bien atendida en todo momento. Sin duda, marcan una gran diferencia. Estoy profundamente agradecida y recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados.

  Great customer service, attentive, professional, on time.. effective communications. I greatly recommend it! One thing, after they re did the lobby.. there is something wrong with the air exhaust. The lobby smells like La Carreta, or a Nicaraguan Fritanga. Please correct that issue.. Nothing like the UM Lennar Center and their ambiente smell. This was awful, walking into that smell at 8am! Hope this helps.. everything else is a 10 out of 10! Highly recomend!
