  I waited for over a year to see a hematologist. The office and personnel were very friendly and moved quickly with everything they had to do with my testing. Dr. Guardiola, the Hemotologist, was very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly regarding my situation. I liked him and his honesty very much, and I felt very comfortable with his explanation. I very highly recommend him and the office.

  I am so happy I was referred to go see Dr Diaz at Baptist Miami Cancer Institute. From the first phone call it has been perfect. From scheduling to collecting information/obtaining records and meeting with Dr. Diaz and his colleague. The entire staff was polite, patient and organized. Dr. Diaz explained my options and made me feel at ease with my upcoming procedure. I never felt rushed which is something that happens too often these days.
