I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Baptist Health Hospital ER Kendall for the excellent care I received. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional, respectful, and very compassionate. The doctors and nurses showed great dedication, patience, and commitment at all times, clearly explaining every procedure and providing great reassurance. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, and the service was fast and efficient. Without a doubt, this is a place where you feel safe and well cared for. Highly recommended for the quality of care and the human treatment provided to patients.

From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for during a very uncomfortable and stressful time.
A special thank you to Nurse Estefany in the ER, who went above and beyond. Her compassion, kindness, and attentiveness truly stood out. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible, consistently checked in on me, and treated me with such warmth and empathy. It’s rare to encounter someone who not only excels clinically but also brings such a human, caring presence to their work.
I am incredibly grateful for the entire team and the exceptional care I received. Thank you for turning a difficult experience into one where I felt supported every step of the way.

I came in for an eye emergency and had to wait for an hour to be seen. I feel that I was discriminated against. Also when I came in only my left eye was hurting and the Dr that was flushing my eyes would wipe it while she was flushing it and I told her you don't need to wipe it and she still kept doing it when I asked her not too. I left there with my right eye hurting too and this was yesterday and my right eye is still hurting from when she kept wiping it with pressure obviously. I would not recommend coming to this hospital at all. Unless you want a new painful problem the next day.

I came in with aphasia I figured was part of a migraine but concerned about the possibility of stroke. They took me right into the waiting room and quickly into a patient room. However it took at least 15 mins for a nurse to come by and another 15 for a doctor. By then my symptoms had evolved to my usual migraine characteristics and the aphasia was gone. I thought that was too long to wait in the case that it was a stroke. By the time I knew it was a migraine I just wanted the lights out and no sound instead of bright fluorescent lights left on in my room with beeping instruments. Took a while to get that dark and quiet and meanwhile the nurse’s phone went off very loudly while taking my BP and she let it ring. It all seemed very uncharacteristic or this hospital and kind of thoughtless of what a migraine (or furthermore, stroke) patient needs. I asked to go so that I could take my medicine which was at home during the period while it would still be effective to subdue arising symptoms and took a long while to get checked out.
