  My catheterization was an A+ procedure. The whole team was professional, warm and caring. The procedure itself went very smoothly. They made me feel very comfortable, kept telling me what they were doing, what I might feel (ie: cold), addressing any questions or concerns I had, and hey were very reassuring. The nurses and staff in the prep and recovery were very attentive and caring, checking on me constantly, making sure I was comfortable. I had total confidence in Dr. Patel. I would feel very comfortable recommending Miami Cardiac, Dr. Patel and my cardiologist, Dr. Chaupin to anyone with heart issues.

  Mi experiencia con mi examen de ayer MRI fue muy buena esperaba que iba a ser muy incómoda pero gracias a la atención,guía y ejecución de las personas que me atendieron me fue muy bien fui muy bien recibida y orientada para el procedimiento por la muchacha ,soy muy mala para retener los nombres a veces,lo siento pues me encantaría recomendarla porque fue muy dulce conmigo y muy profesional explicándome todo muy bien y con mucho cariño después me hizo la prueba Anita súper dulce amable y profesional de veras para nada sentí lo incómodo del procedimiento,el técnico que me puso el iv también fue muy certero y amable los recomiendo a todos 100%

  Hoy quiero expresar mi más profundo agradecimiento a todo el equipo de Baptist Health. Mi padre asistió hoy en medio de su enfermedad (cáncer), y puedo decir con el corazón que esta visita le devolvió una paz que hacía mucho tiempo no sentía. Desde el primer momento, el trato fue excepcional: desde el front desk hasta los enfermeros, todos fueron increíblemente atentos, amables y humanos. Un agradecimiento muy especial al doctor que lo atendió hoy, por su profesionalismo y calidez, que marcaron una gran diferencia en un momento tan difícil para nosotros. Incluso pequeños detalles hicieron algo grande: ver a una chica tocando el violín logró relajarlo profundamente, creando un ambiente de tranquilidad que no esperábamos encontrar en un hospital. Gracias de verdad a todo el personal por su dedicación, empatía y cuidado. Hoy no solo atendieron a un paciente, también le devolvieron esperanza y serenidad.

  Excellent Service My Nurse Jose was fantastic and the phlebotomist was able to grab my vein in less than 30 seconds. I forgot her name she was the best and the anesthesia cocktail nurse that added my meds to my IV she was soooo awesome too. The whole team was excellent From the second, I walked in to the third floor to the time I walked out. The facility is excellent. Please look up the names because the whole team was fantastic. They’re a great assett to that facility.

  I want to start by saying the medical care I received at the Cardiovascular Center was outstanding. The entire staff on the third floor was phenomenal, and Dr. Viles and his team were professional, compassionate, and guided me through every step of a procedure that was essentially lifesaving to treat my atrial fibrillation. I truly felt I was in great hands medically. Unfortunately, my experience with the Financial Department was very different. I spoke with Jennifer regarding my $750 out-of-pocket cost and asked if I could set up a payment plan. She told me it was not allowed and said her manager would not approve it. I did previously have payment plans for other copayments, but due to unexpected life expenses I had to temporarily stop making those payments. I explained this situation and emphasized that this procedure was medically necessary for my health. I even offered a reasonable compromise—$200 upfront and $100 per month—but that option was denied. Instead, I was required to pay $562.50 upfront on the day of the CT scan and the remaining $187.50 within one month. While I ultimately made the payment because my health had to come first, doing so has unfortunately left me $362 short on rent and without money for food this week. It’s disappointing when a patient is put in a position where they must choose between their health and basic living expenses. Again, I want to emphasize that the doctors and medical staff were incredible and deserve recognition for the care they provide. My concern is strictly with how the financial department handled this situation. My five star review is solely for the team of Cardiovascular Team on the third floor, Dr. Viles and his surgical team!
